The Nonprofit HR standard rate for HR consultative services is $225/hr. Member orchestras pay only $185/hr for the same expertise, an approximately 18% discount as a benefit of League membership. Also, all flat-fee consulting engagements negotiated with Nonprofit HR will be discounted 15%.
