12:00pm to 6:00pm

The ongoing turbulence of our times can take a heavy toll on executive
directors as they navigate tough decisions that have both short- and
long-term implications for their orchestra. This can feel like lonely
work; even solid relationships with board, staff, and artistic
personnel can fray at the edges. This half-day conversation,
exclusively for executive directors, will create a safe space to
reflect on what you are experiencing in the current environment and
help develop strategies for greater resilience both for you and your
organization.
Faculty: Bill Pasmore, organizational practice leader, Center for Creative Leadership
Fee: $125 for League members
