Conducting

League programs are designed to help conductors grow, both as artists and as leaders.  Fellowship programs and showcases provide artistic experience, and leadership and professional skills training programs ensure conductors’ success as organizational leaders.

Simultaneously, the League provides orchestra boards with education and guidelines for choosing new musical leadership.
