The League’s two assessment tools, Your Orchestra, Your Community: Roadmap to Success and the Board of Directors Self-Assessment Tool, are now available.
A cornerstone of the League’s new work, Your Orchestra, Your Community is a free, unique resource, designed to frame the question of community relevance in terms of the orchestra’s overall mission. It will provoke new thinking and honest conversation and help orchestras better earn community affirmation, trust, and support. The Board of Directors Self-Assessment Tool, customized for orchestra boards, was created in a partnership between the League and BoardSource, a leader in the field of non-profit governance.
