Dear Colleagues,

I want to let you know about the Member Support Package the League has developed to assist our members in addressing the extraordinary challenges posed by this economic downturn. While not everything will be germane to your situation or your organization’s level of experience, you may want to share some of these materials and opportunities with members of your staff and/or board. 

Elements of the package are listed below.

1.  Guidance for Managing During Economic Downturns, prepared by League staff, faculty who led seminars during the post-9/11 downturn, and other knowledgeable sources.
 
2. A new free webinar, Financial Management In Tough Economic Times. Designed to watch at your convenience from any computer, this webinar is based on the well-received presentation at last June’s NPAC Convention by the League’s interim CFO, Steven Bronfenbrenner (principal, B-Squared Consulting). 

3.  Guidance for Media Interviews on Orchestras and the Economy, prepared by Judith Kurnick, League Vice President for Strategic Communications.
