BUSINESS PARTNER/EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

TABLE & BOOTH RATES

Tabletop - ½ of a six foot draped table (approximately 2x3) and a chair and an identification sign.  This tabletop has no depth.  No floor standing displays, or displays exceeding 7 feet in height (including tabletop) are permitted. -$100

Half Booth - Pipe and draped 6’ x 6’ booth with one six foot draped table, one chair, one identification sign and a trash receptacle.  Displays shall not exceed 8’ booth height.-$450

Standard Booth
- Pipe and draped 10’ x 10’ booth with one six foot draped table, two chairs, one identification sign and a trash receptacle.  Perfect for pop-up booths and small meetings.  Displays shall not exceed 8’ booth height.-$750

All individuals working at your organization's booth must register for the conference.  Registration rates have been frozen at 2008 levels through January 31, 2009.

DEADLINES

  • January 15, 2009 – Official Conference Website Launch
  • February 1, 2009 – First registration rate increase-- reserve before February 1 to lock in last year’s pricing
  • May 1, 2009 – Second registration rate increase
  • May 8, 2009 -- Mailing list of convention attendees distributed to all registered exhibitors
  • June 1, 2009 – Final registration rate increase

DECORATING COMPANY

J&J Exhibitors Service, Inc. will be designing and managing the exhibits. The information listed under “Exhibit Options” details all amenities included with your booth purchase. The following services are available from J&J at an additional cost:

  • Exhibit transportation/booth shipping
  • Materials handling
  • Additional furnishings and accessories rental (including rental of booth carpet)
  • Onsite load-in/load-out assistance
  • Creation of additional booth graphics/signage

In addition J&J Exhibitors Services will coordinate services such as:

  • Audio/visual technology rental for your booth
  • Electricity rental for your booth
  • Rental or purchase of flowers/plants for your booth

J&J will provide you with a full service kit outlining these options by early February, 2009
