Across the country, participants in the League’s Emerging Leaders Program are spearheading innovative and multifaceted projects on behalf of their orchestras. By employing tools like reflective practice and action learning, they are “learning through doing,” improving their own effectiveness, as well as the effectiveness of their teams. Come hear what they’re discovering about improving performance by harnessing learning during project implementation.
