We are pleased once again to offer Education and Community Engagement personnel an additional half-day of professional development and networking with your colleagues as part of our pre-Conference learning time and in lieu of a separate Mid-Year convening.
We will use this time to explore some of the critical mindsets and skillsets needed to develop the musicians and administrators of the 21st Century. You will hear from multiple practitioners as they bring forward best practices and challenge areas, and this day will also be devoted to giving you that rare opportunity to reflect on your own leadership development through the lens of being an artist.
We hope you will join us for this dedicated time of professional development, which will set the stage for the rest of the week, in which constituent sessions will explore a variety of top-of-mind topics, comparing notes across different budget sizes, geographic locations, and department structure.
