Decorating Company Information

Pacific Exposition Decoration Company (PEDCO) will be designing and managing the exhibits this year. The following services are available from PEDCO at an additional cost:

  • Exhibit transportation/booth shipping
  • Materials handling
  • Additional furnishings and accessories rental (including booth carpet rental)
  • Onsite load-in/load-out assistance
  • Creation of additional booth graphics/signage

PEDCO will also coordinate services such as:

  • Audio/visual technology rental for your booth
  • Electricity rental for your booth
  • Rental or purchase of flowers/plants for your booth

PEDCO will email you a full Exhibitor Service Kit outlining your options within a week of your company’s registration.

PEDCO will maintain an onsite service booth which will be open during Exhibit Hall hours, Exhibitors may use this service for booth repairs or ordering small equipment.

Pricing for Booths and Tabletops

Limited availability!

Tabletop Booth: Includes one registration and one half of an 8-foot draped table (approximately 4′ x 2′) with a chair and an identification sign. No floor standing displays for this booth type. $795.

Standard Booth: Includes one registration for the conference and one pipe and draped 8′ x 10′ booth with one 8-foot draped table, 3 chairs, and one identification sign. $1,095.

Audio-Visual Equipment/Booth Electricity:

Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own audio/visual equipment or they may order equipment. The A/V request form will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Please note that the League’s Exhibit Area is a silent Exhibit Hall. Loudspeakers or operation of any amplification equipment without headphones is strictly prohibited.

The Westin Hotel will provide exhibit booth electricity. All exhibitors requiring electricity can access the electrical request form in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

WiFi:

WiFi is available to all exhibitors under network WESTIN-MEETING, Password Symphony.

Program Book Inclusion:

Booths must be purchased by April 26, 2014 to ensure your organization’s name in the printed Program Book. Booths may continue to be purchased after this date, but we know you want to be in the Program Book, so don’t wait!

Multiple Tabletop Purchase:

Need additional tabletops? Note that a $300 surcharge per table will be added to your total cost.

Booth/Table Selection Process:

The League assigns booths and tables within the Exhibit Area based on conference sponsorship, longevity of attendance, size of booth purchased, and date of Conference registration.

Exhibit Area Floor Plan:

The League will post the Exhibit Area floor plan as soon as possible.

Attendee Lists:

Exhibitors will receive an attendee list via email in late May. Please note, the list will provide names and mailing addresses only, unless attendees opt to allow electronic contact, in which case email addresses will also be listed. Otherwise, no phone numbers or email addresses will be provided, to maintain the privacy of the attendees.

Exhibit Listing Complimentary with Booth Purchase

Exhibitors registering before April 15, 2014 will receive a 30-word description of their company in the Program Book, listed by category of business.

Conference App Ad$200

Place your banner ad in the Program Book App. Available for free to all delegates, the Program Book App offers advertisers the prime visibility with banner ads as delegates navigate Conference sessions.

Goodie Bag Insert $750

Place a print piece (postcard, roster, etc.) in the goodie bags handed out to all delegates upon their arrival at conference.

Goodie Bag and App Combination$850

Secure both opportunities mentioned above at a further discount.

Coffee Break$1,250

Bring delegates to your booth during allotted break times by adding a coffee stand to be set next to your booth (or inside your booth, depending on space constraints). A maximum of three coffee stands are available per break period. Your organization will be acknowledged as a sponsor in the conference program book, as well as on the entryway signage to the exhibit hall.

Event Sponsorship Pricing is available upon request

Symphony Magazine Conference Issue Ad   $500 – $2,850
