This individual works with students, faculty and staff to schedule practice room use, rehearsal spaces, classes, special events, etc. at the AMFS Campus and Aspen Public School facilities. The Schedule Coordinator also gathers instrument requests, e.g. harpsichord, etc., and works with the Technical Crew managers to ensure that rehearsal spaces are equipped correctly for their scheduled use. Position requires a high level of organizational ability, attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining regular and accessible office hours, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with a variety of constituents.
requirements
Excellent customer service, organizational and administrative skills, and multi-tasking capabilities required. Attention to detail is critical. Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of classical music and/or experience in school administration a plus. Production coordination experience a strong plus. Duration: June 14 through August 22, 2010
